Mission, Vision, Values CHARACTERS Update (4th Grade)

4th graders have been hard at work selecting values, studying facial expressions, practicing gesture drawings, and learning how to shade to create form all in an effort towards becoming awesome cartoonists! We have been working with Arts In Stark again this year to create clever cartoon characters that will represent our district's mission, vision and values. Each character represents one of our district's "RICHER" values: Respect, Integrity, Citizenship, Honesty, Everyone is a Unique Individual, and Responsibility. I wanted to showcase a few of the students' work while in progress and one of the bulletin boards I have on display that features one of the creative activities we completed: Our cartoon expression templates.
